Yoga
I offer virtual as well as (within NYC) socially distanced 1:1 private yoga sessions.

A session can range in focus but will incorporate all aspects of mind, body & soul because I want to honor the yogic philosophy.
​
A session can include meditation, breath work, mantras, intention setting, chakra balancing poses, vinyasa, yoga posture alignment, flexibility & mobility
enhancement, and yoga nidras (deep relaxation).

First session is $65
Follow ups: $50
​
Multiple session packages are discounted.

Personal
Training
I offer virtual as well as (within NYC) socially distanced personal training programs.
​
I am a NASM certified personal trainer and hold certifications in pilates and yoga which is especially helpful for virtual training as I know how to create empowering routines with solely bodyweight if you have limited equipment available at home.
​
For personal training, I create packages as opposed to single sessions, but will credit our first session to your package after we decide on a program that is right for you and your goals.
